Nudge is a Community
Benefit Society set up by
local residents living in Stonehouse, Plymouth.
We have 595 members who are invited to our Annual General meeting each year. We have a board of nine people and two thirds of the board must have a Stonehouse postcode. You can read our FCA approved rules here.
AGM 2023—2024
This AGM was attended by 31 people. Co-Director Hannah gave an overview of the past financial year, Co-Director Wendy unpacked where we’re at with The Millennium, members voted on this year’s resolutions and we all warmed up with some fresh pasties!
AGM 2022—2023

This AGM was attended by 55 people. Our AGM runs a little differently; you can drop in, meet board members, see our future plans and members can vote on the accounts, board membership and other items as required. We then gather for an update and discussion about the year ahead.
AGM 2021—2022

It was attended by 52 people who had the opportunity to look at our finances. They voted new people onto our board, voted to approve the financial statement below, and voted to pay a return to community share holders.
