Nudge is a Community
Benefit Society set up by
local residents living in Stonehouse, Plymouth.
We have 595 members who are invited to our Annual General meeting each year. We have a board of 9 people, two thirds of the board must have a Stonehouse postcode. You can read our FCA approved rules here.
Our last Annual General Meeting was on Thursday 19 October 2023.
It was attended by 55 people. Our AGM runs a little differently, you can drop in, meet board members, see our future plans and members can vote on the accounts, board membership and other items as required. We then gather for an update and discussion about the year ahead.

This is our latest set of accounts for 2022-23.
Our previous AGM was held on Wednesday 19 October 2022 at The Plot.
It was attended by 52 people who had the opportunity to look at our finances. They voted new people on to our board, voted to approve the financial statement below, and voted to pay a return to community share holders.
