Funding and money

We keep nudging change on the street and for people thanks to a mix of grants, investors and traded income.

This helps us to give opportunities to people who wouldn’t otherwise and tackle the empty buildings are not viable without additional support.

We are excited to share that we have secured £470,000 from the Shared Prosperity Fund.

This is revenue supporting a number of local organisations to do more good things in our local community including:

The Plot

The capital will support:

Renovation of C103 with a full time paid Site Co-ordinator and the budget to repair the roof, install windows, electrics and plumbing, create an accessible entrance and much more. This will see the opening of the Mushroom Farm and other enterprises later this year.

It will support the Diversity Business Incubator get started on the site next to The Plot to make it an events and food space expanding Jabulani.

It will also make more places to sit and have activities out on the street.
